Hey Guys I’m back, Back again…But depending on classes I might be posting less and I go back to school next week. I know this is a books blog and I wouldn’t want to change that but I’m thinking about adding some posts about school and being a college student and maybe even some about my Bullet Journal!! What do you guys think about that?
So this post is going to be a wrap up of my first semester at college, how my reading went and what I’m currently reading.
To give some background, I’m a first time Freshman going to a Four Year University, and it definitely took some adjusting to especially since it was all online classes. College is a lot different than high school and there were a lot of different people they wanted you to talk to. And me being the shy introvert that I am, it took awhile for me to adjust to the breakout rooms and the big lectures even though the were online.
My reading started out really good the beginning of the semester when the work was semi easy and the due dates weren’t up yet but then I didn’t read a book for fun for a couple of months after the work started to get harder. That was basically what happened last semester.
This semester is going to be even harder since I’m taking 16 Units!! But on a happier note I started to read again and I’m currently reading All The Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. So far I am really enjoying this book, but it definitely is sad. It has a Trigger Warning for sucide, depression and death of a loved one. If you are okay with those topics I really recommend this book so far as it takes two unlikely friends and has them go on an adventure together.
Are you guys in school? How is your reading going? Let me know if you like the ideas of the changes I want to make!!
I totally like those ideas! Maybe some more posts of your writing as well? I like this posts too!
